Fatjon (Tony) Kalemaj
AI Strategist and Consultant. Founder of Human Element. Helping organisations become AI-enabled and understand how to use AI for better outcomes.
I have been using AI in production work since 2023: for client deliverables, my own business, and situations where the output had to be accurate, not impressive. That experience is the only thing I teach from.
Before founding Human Element, I worked across financial services, consulting, and B2B SaaS. The pattern I kept seeing: organisations rushing to adopt AI tools while the people using them had no real framework for when to trust the output, when to push back, and when to walk away.
That gap is not a technology problem. It is a communication and judgment problem. It is what Human Element exists to close.
I am based in Europe and work with organisations and individuals globally.
AI Strategy and Consulting
I work directly with organisations to help them become AI-enabled. Not by implementing tools, but by building the human capability to use them well — the judgment, the frameworks, the culture.
Workshops and programmes
Half-day and full-day sessions inside companies across financial services, consulting, and professional services. The focus is always the same: moving people from AI curiosity to AI competence.
Human Element
A space for practitioners, thinkers, and the genuinely curious. Writing, tools, and honest thinking on the human side of AI. No hype. No tools-of-the-week.
The Better You Are at AI, the Less You Catch Its Mistakes
A study of 1,339 teachers found the most tech-fluent reviewers deferred to wrong AI the most. Fluency is quietly becoming a liability.
Stop Asking If AI Will Replace Your People
Every executive is running the wrong threat assessment. The question isn't whether AI will take jobs. It's whether AI will make your people's expertise worth more or worth less.
The Skill Your Best People Are Losing
Everyone is measuring whether AI made your team faster. The question that matters is whether it is quietly making them worse at the thing they handed over.
If you or your organisation are serious about building real AI capability, not just access to tools, say hello.
