The most valuable
thing in the AI era
is the human
who knows what
to ask of it.
Access to the model is universal. Knowing what to ask of it is not. This is a space for the people working to close that gap.

The human
behind the element.
Fatjon (Tony) Kalemaj is an AI Strategist and Consultant who helps organisations become AI-enabled. He has been using AI in production work since 2023. Before teaching any of this, he shipped it: in client work, in his own business, in situations where the output had to be accurate, not impressive.
Human Element exists because the gap is not technical. Almost every professional can use these tools. Very few have been shown how to use them well. That is a communication problem, not a technology problem. And communication is something he knows how to solve.
I only teach what I have shipped. That is the bar.

Want to go deeper?
Fatjon (Tony) Kalemaj works directly with individuals and organisations who are serious about building real AI fluency. Not with slide decks. With your actual work, in your actual context.
If that sounds like what you need, say hello.
